| Step 1 - Application Form |
| Completely fill out the application form. If information is missing we will contact you. Applications cannot be processed unless complete. |
| Step 2 - Confirmation of Application |
| Once we received your completed application we will confirm within 2 business days and mail you your payment instructions with your invoice. |
| Step 3 - Payment Instructions |
| Complete payment instructions, sign and fax to our office. |
| Step 4 - Email Confirmation and Invoice |
| After we receive your payment, (see payment schedule), we will send you an email with your host info, usually within 21 days prior to your arrival, or sooner if possible. If payment was not received in full we will include the invoice for the total balance of your home stay payment. |
| Step 5 - Submit Arrival Information |
| Payment in full is due before you arrive. If not, no housing is guaranteed. |
| Step 6 - Payment Due |
| Arrival information must be submitted at least 10 days before you arrive. |
